Owner of Salute to the Sol, Rebecca has been teaching and practicing yoga in the Florida Keys since 2015. She is a certified yoga instructor, E-RYT 200, YACEP with Yoga Alliance. Rebecca enjoys creating an environment that allows you to tap into your inner and outer strength and flexibility. Although alignment is central to her classes, the joy of her virtual and in-person yoga practices are that they are not taken too seriously. Smiling from the heart is where it is at!
Amber Viles is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) with Yoga Alliance, a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP) and is a National Certified Counselor (NCC) with a Masters of Art. Working in the clinical mental health counseling field, it became evident to her that helping others was a holistic process. Amber completed yoga teacher training and gained a deeper understanding into the mind-body connection to better serve others.
Ambers invigorating yoga flow facilitates body awareness, emotional consciousness, and the connection of movement with breath. Her classes share her yoga philosophy mixed with creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness, and a space where students are encouraged to learn, grow, and create themselves, both on and off the mat.
A certified mat Pilates instructor who loves to integrate breath work and a variety of core work into her classes, Lea Moeller’s classes are truly unique to her teaching style. She’s passionate about seeing her students progress with their practice and feel stronger with every session. Lea encourages her yoga students to try new things and enjoy the journey. Most importantly, each class incorporates a little laughter and light heartedness.
Jin’s practice encompasses mindful movement, healthy habits, and natural, non-toxic living. She believes the beauty of yoga and pilates is about building a better, stronger relationship with oneself.
Jin is a certified Power Pilates mat teacher and a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher. Her teaching focuses on low-impact movements with controlled breathing to ensure access to every muscle. She’s passionate about working with everyone and to make clients feel good about their bodies no matter where they are on their journey. She is currently finishing her MSTOM in Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture.
