Victoria torres
Victoria received her 200 hour yoga teacher training in Cocoa Beach, FL in 2018. After years of dedicated personal practice, Victoria found impactful transformation in her own life that spilled out to all avenues of her life. She felt a calling to share the practice of yoga with others by becoming a yoga practitioner. She is known for bringing authentic movement, anatomy, and dynamic sequencing to the forefront of her classes. Victoria continues to be a forever student and encourages students to find their own inner teacher. Her classes offer a space to explore body, mind, and spirit.
Lauren Thompson
Lauren Thompson began her 200 hour teacher training certification in 2020 in Key West. She hit the ground running and has spent the last two years teaching at multiple studios throughout our island community, cultivating her own practice and teaching style. As a dancer and choreographer, Lauren’s yoga practices incorporate some non-traditional techniques for stretching and opening the whole body. She is a firm believer in the benefits of yoga’s connection of breath and movement and the healing aspects in the body and mind. Her practice is meant to awaken all aspects of your self so that you may carry that peace with you throughout the day and hopefully into the next.
